What are the dimensions of the van?

6m long x 2.4m wide x 2.85m high.

What if the van isn't available?

We also have access to a 3m x 3m marquee - which can be pegged or weighted down - as well as a stylish coffee cart for corporate events. We can also set up in existing canteen/kitchen/club room spaces within a facility without the van or the marquee.

Do you require power?

When we have access to power, we need 2 x 15amp, however for events where there is no power, we have access to a generator.

Can we give you signage or a decal to display so we can brand you?

We are open to accommodating branding for corporate and other clients where possible.

How can we pay you for the event?

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex - 3.5% surcharge with Amex only) and EFT payments only. The booking fee must be paid in full before the event.

Are you environmentally friendly/ethically savvy?

Our coffee cups and lids are recyclable. We recycle all cardboard and plastic and reuse our cardboard trays. Black Betty beans are from our local roaster 'Coffee Head' and are Fair-trade certified. We donate our coffee soils to local growers and source our milk and food ingredients from Australian farmers as much as we can. 

Do you need access to water?

Our van is self-sufficient so for remote events we carry our own water, take away our own waste and run off our own power.

How far do you travel for events?

This is subject to event size. For large events, we will travel if we feel it is profitable, so just ask us.
